I forgot my password and can't recover my password
When we created the new system, we decided to use a more secure password encryption algorithm to protect your account and passwords. As a result, we were not able to move all of your account information and passwords. If you remember your password from the old system, we will ask you to verify and update your account information. You may keep your same password or update your password. If your password does not meet our new password policy, you may have to change the password at this stage.
